I spent the weekend taking a Level II Miksang workshop led by Miriam Hall.  We were introduced to 4 areas, Flowers and Weeds, Ordinary Personal World, Impressionism, and People and Other Sentient Beings.  Images above were taken during the workshop and are representative of the first three areas.

In Tibetan, Miksang means “good eye”.   Miksang Contemplative Photography is an art form based on ideas introduced by Buddhist teacher Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and developed by Michael Wood and John McQuade.   I had the opportunity to take a Level I workshop led by Andrea Lawrence .  The above images are from that workshop.
